The Hyper-Observability dashboard constantly monitors a customer’s data lake/warehouse for data anomalies or behavioural changes from the historical patterns in the data and will send notifications via email, SMS, Slack or with the Product Insights Hub in real-time.
Example alerts:
- Place to dispatch: If an order has taken 2-weeks to dispatch rather than the usual 2-days
- Length of time of refund: A refund process that has been processed for 12-weeks rather than the usual 4-weeks
- Cost of product: If a product which has historically been sold for £100 and is sold for £1 as a one off
