The Role
We are looking for an ambitious results driven Marketing Manager to help drive our revenue growth. You will be responsible for enhancing Xiatech’s brand, generating demand for and interest in the company’s innovative platform, managing product marketing including launching new products and working closely with sales to create and close opportunities by running campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
Reporting to Xiatech’s CMO, this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced individual looking for a role which will have a genuine impact from day one, and will enable the right person to be successful in a rapidly expanding global organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Own the KPIs for demand generation including the targets for generating leads and marketing influenced sales pipeline supported by the CMO and the team
Create, execute and optimise data-driven, multi-channel demand generation strategies designed to create and close pipeline and revenue goals
Propose, create and run end to end marketing campaigns including ABM into target accounts in partnership with sales
Define and own the content strategy and plan, writing blog articles, papers, videos, webpages, presentation, case studies, etc., in partnership with colleagues
Plan and execute product marketing launches, working with the product team to produce engaging and relevant content (webpages, product sheets, etc) to support sales and customer success teams
Partner with sales to run targeted marketing campaigns, using data to continuously assess and recommend improvements, developing scripts and content to improve lead gen and conversion including deal velocity
Organise Xiatech-run events including webinars, roundtables, etc. and support events in partnership with partners and third-party organisations
Leverage Marketing Automation (Hubspot) to design and run lead nurturing activities to engage and convert prospects, leads and opportunities across the buyer journey. This should include AMB strategies
Monitor the market including competitors, working with sales and customer success teams to collect and analyse the market for threats and opportunities
Continuously evaluate the latest B2B marketing strategies, marketing technologies, implementing and optimising different tactics
Your Knowledge & Experience
Excellent marketer with experience partnering with sales teams to drive B2B leads through multi-channel outbound and inbound marketing campaigns.
Expert understanding of B2B demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growth
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including data crunching and storytelling
Experienced user of CRM and marketing automation platforms (Hubspot preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Must be a seasoned marketing professional with at least 4 years experience in B2B demand generation
