Wayne

Wayne Hunt is Xiatech’s Chief Operating Officer, where he is responsible for the delivery of the company strategy, customer success, and our company operating model.

Prior to joining Xiatech, Wayne has worked within the retail and consumer sector for over 25 years with a focus on the use of technology to drive change. He has spent a significant period of this career undertaking transformation roles, helping define company strategies, delivering large business change programmes and defining and delivering efficient operating models.  

Prior to joining Xiatech, Wayne has had numerous roles, such as Chief Operating Officer for 15gifts, Associate Partner at a Management Consultancy and senior roles at JLP, TUI and Safeway. Wayne has also helped a number of small to medium-sized enterprises, such as feelunique and Life Style Sports, deliver their growth strategies.

Outside of work, Wayne enjoys family life with his wife and two sons. He is a keen (but very average) golfer and enjoys travelling and socialising with friends.
