David

David Chislett joined Xiatech in 2019 as CFO to help Jonathan in obtaining Private Equity investment to further develop the platform and grow the business.

David is an entrepreneurial finance professional with over 20 years’ board level experience in both public and private equity backed technology businesses as an executive and non-executive director. He is adept at successfully shaping and implementing high-level strategy and helping businesses to grow.

Founder of the Exchange FS group, which developed an online trading platform for financial intermediaries and product providers. which generates over 120 million compliant quotations per annum. As Group Chief Financial Officer, he guided the group through the financial aspects of a listing on the London Stock Exchange.

Outside of work, David can be found watching sport, walking the dogs, hacking around the golf course or driving his classic car.
